Mary G Simon

Mary G. "Moomie" Simon, 80 of West Mifflin, formerly of West Mifflin, died May 1, 2022.  She is the daughter of the late George "Judy" and Violet (Obradovich) Belancik.  Mary is survived by her daughter Lisa Simon,  brother Michael Galagaza, George 'Guj" Belancik and Richard Belancik; sister Debbie Driscoll; also nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her brother Bob Belancik.  Mary was a 1960 graduate of Duquesne High School, worked for Jefferson Hospital/South Hills Health System for 20 years, and Locust Grove Personal Care Home, and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in West Mifflin.  Lisa would like to thank Donna Westerbeck for the loving care she gave to her mother.  Friends received Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home, Duquesne on Tues. from 1 to 8.  A funeral service will be held Wed. 10:00 am in the funeral home.  Interment following Holy Trinity Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association, Caring Hospice or Locust Grove Nursing Home.
